If you are looking to make a return based on overall print quality or if you received the incorrect item, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Please direct all of your return inquiries to orders@mxthreadsco.com. A member of our support team will be in touch with you shortly after! 

***You must submit photos of the product AND a description of the quality issues to be considered for a return*** 

Note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

• Products cannot be returned for sizing issues.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Must be within the “30 days after purchase” timeframe.
